TENDER DESCRIPTION
The tender includes the construction of a drinking water installation with drainage for a four-storey institute building. The rainwater volume generated is drained via externally located downpipes. The main consumption facilities are as follows: - 4 sanitary cores (washbasins, WCs, urinals, scullery sinks), including 1 that is barrier-free - 2 tea kitchen connection points - 2 external hose bibbs - 1 changing area (showers, WCs, urinals, washbasins) - 2 scullery sinks in the technical central and in the areas of use - 1 technical make-up water supply units for storing garden water In the outdoor area, a rainwater cistern with rain retention (20 m³) is to be constructed. In addition, associated water provision for laying the pipework or shafts.
