Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, awards, on behalf of Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT), the construction of the new Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies. This contract document describes the installation of the drinking water, domestic hot and cold water, DHW, and compressed air system in the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building new Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies, Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. The scope of work document in particular includes the supply, installation and commissioning of the following components of the drinking water, domestic hot and cold water, DHW, and compressed air system: - Installation and fitting out of 39 laboratories - Installation and fitting out of 3 sanitary facilities for disabled persons (disabled toilets) - Installation and fitting out of 3 tea kitchens - Installation and fitting out of 6 cleaning equipment rooms - Documentation - Pressure tests - Insulation and insulating work - Fire-stopping.
