TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is Kela’s message operator service, which is acquired as a SaaS service. The service includes the electronic transmission of sales and purchase invoices as well as purchase orders, invoice visualisation, printing and sending services, scanning and digitisation services, message management and viewing services, and expert services. The scope of the procurement also includes service deployment, maintenance and support services, as well as continuous service management throughout the entire contract period. The contract enters into force when both parties have signed it. The contract is valid first for four (4) years, after which it continues indefinitely. The implementation project begins after the contract has been signed. A more detailed implementation schedule will be agreed with the selected supplier in connection with the planning of the implementation project.
