TENDER DESCRIPTION

To support IDW, an experienced partner is sought that ensures SAP Basis operations taking into account the current situation (architecture, SAP_Umsysteme_Architektur and SAP_System_Architektur), updates and further develops the environment as needed, and incorporates new requirements. The focus areas include: * SAP basis operations (for example transport system, client copies, support for application support) * Updating the systems with regard to functionality and IT system security * Ensuring support for incidents and questions * Participation in SAP system projects (for example technology change, expansion of functionalities, integration of interfaces to on-premise systems / external systems) This will be carried out in close cooperation with IDW and Stadtwerk Winterthur.
