TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under the framework agreement, requests may be issued for (secondment) work covering the full scope of the SAP landscape of NS. The activities within the current SAP domain are divided into the following categories: Functional management and support of business processes; Technical management of SAP platforms; Integration development and management of interfaces; Security, privacy and compliance activities; Lifecycle management, upgrades and maintenance; Data, reporting and analytics issues; Management of suppliers and services; Support for projects and change initiatives. Within NS, responsibility for directing, architecture, continuity and knowledge retention for the SAP landscape lies with the internal organization. External expertise is deployed specifically for temporary capacity requirements, specialist knowledge, services and project-based activities.
