TENDER DESCRIPTION

The KVB intends to replace its existing SAP HCM landscape, which is also used for the group company KSG, by means of a carve-out and to transform it to SAP SuccessFactors as a full-cloud solution. The contract comprises the preparation, implementation and operations phases, in particular concept development and the preparation of specifications (statement of work), implementation, configuration and customizing, data migration, integration and interface adaptation, testing, training, project management, support for change management, go-live and hypercare, as well as subsequent support during productive operations. In particular, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, Onboarding and WalkMe Premium for SuccessFactors are to be introduced. In particular, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BW on HANA are to be included. The required SuccessFactors licenses are already available and are not part of the contract.
