TENDER DESCRIPTION

KVB intends to replace its existing SAP HCM landscape, which is also used for the group company KSG, by means of a carve-out and to transform it into SAP SuccessFactors as a full-cloud solution. The contract includes the preparation, implementation and operating phases, in particular conception and preparation of specifications (Pflichtenheft), implementation, configuration and customizing, data migration, integration and interface adaptation, testing, training, project management, support for change management, go-live and hypercare, as well as subsequent support during productive operation. In particular, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, Onboarding and WalkMe Premium for SuccessFactors are to be introduced. In particular, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BW on HANA are to be included. The required SuccessFactors licenses are already available and are not part of the contract.
