TENDER DESCRIPTION

KVB intends to replace its existing SAP HCM landscape, which is also used for the group company KSG, by means of a carve-out and to transform it to SAP SuccessFactors as a full-cloud solution. The contract comprises the preparation, implementation and operating phase, in particular solution design and preparation of specifications (Pflichtenhefterstellung), implementation, configuration and customizing, data migration, integration and adapting interfaces, testing, training, project management, support for change management, go-live and hypercare, as well as subsequent support during productive operation. In particular, the following are to be introduced: Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, Onboarding and WalkMe Premium for SuccessFactors. In particular, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BW on HANA are to be included. The required SuccessFactors licences are already available and are not part of this contract.
