TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply of SAP software licences for users and the HsERP Phase 2 modules in the existing SAP S/4HANA system of Hrvatske šume d.o.o., as well as ensuring and providing the maintenance and support service SAP Enterprise Support for the procured licences. The procurement includes SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management for Professional Use, Functional Use and Productivity Use licences and the associated SAP HANA runtime licence. The types and quantities of licences, the period and the scope of support are determined by the technical specifications and the cost estimate (tender schedule). The contracted maintenance and support period shall run from the date of mutual signing of the contract until 31 December 2027.
