TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the delivery of additional software licenses SAP Core Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Payroll Processing for SAP S/4HANA, with the corresponding SAP HANA runtime licensing, and the provision of SAP Enterprise Support support for the licenses that are the subject of this procurement. By this procurement, the existing license rights of the Contracting Authority Hrvatske šume d.o.o. for managing human resources and payroll calculation in the existing SAP system are supplemented. The licenses from items 1–3 of the cost breakdown are delivered and activated no later than 31 December 2026. The support from item 4 of the cost breakdown is provided from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The types and quantities of licenses and the requirements for delivery and support are determined by the cost breakdown and technical specifications that form an integral part of the procurement documentation.
