TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the delivery of additional software licences SAP Core Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Payroll Processing for SAP S/4HANA, with the associated SAP HANA runtime licensing, and providing SAP Enterprise Support coverage for the licences that are the subject of this procurement. The procurement supplements the existing licence rights of the Contracting Authority Hrvatske šume d.o.o. for managing human resources and calculating wages in the existing SAP system. The licences referred to in Clauses 1–3 of the cost breakdown shall be delivered and activated at the latest by 31 December 2026. Support from Item 4 of the cost breakdown shall be provided from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The types and quantities of licences and the requirements for delivery and support are specified in the cost breakdown and technical specifications, which form an integral part of the procurement documentation.
