The contract duration is 6 months. The contract starts from the date of mutual signature of the parties, specifically becoming effective on the date of signature of the party that signs it later. The service will be performed in accordance with the deadlines specified in the Functional and Technical Requirements.

The core scope of work for this tender, titled "SAP upgrade of FI and MM modules for the integration of Bina-Istra d.d. and Autoceste Zagreb-Macelj d.o.o. with the toll collection system," involves the implementation of SAP functionalities for new companies, specifically Bina-Istra d.d. (BINA) and Autoceste Zagreb-Macelj d.o.o. (AZM).

The high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

• Configuration of new company codes (BINA and AZM) on a separate SAP client, encompassing the preparation of developmental, test, and production environments.
• Implementation of integration with the SNC (toll collection) system, including the configuration and activation of integration for the new entities and adjustment of existing integration flows and customer/supplier processing relevant to SNC.
• Preparation of synthetic initial General Ledger (GK) states.
• Development of necessary printouts for IOS and reminders, with specific adaptation for these printouts.
• Implementation of functionalities for cardholders, including development, integration into the existing SAP system, and testing.
• Migration of data within the agreed scope, with support for this migration.
• Documentation of the configuration and performed migrations.
• Maintenance of the implemented functionalities within the agreed scope and duration.
• Adding BI customer analytics for the BINA and AZM company codes, with the prerequisite of an existing BI system (BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud) and existing customer analytics reports.
• Opening and configuration of new company codes on isolated clients.
• Linking new company codes with existing SAP organizational structures where applicable, and adjusting financial accounting settings for these new companies.
• The entire implemented solution, including source code, procedures, scripts, licenses, and system documentation, will become the property of the Client upon successful development, installation, adjustment, and implementation.
