TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 concerns Maintenance/Renewal services for the existing SAP licences held by the contracting authority, and the supply of new licences, in order to satisfy the entity’s operational and functional purposes. The existing licences held by the contracting authority are as follows: 52 mySAP Professional (cat II), 50 licences 53 mySAP limited Professional (cat III), 20 licences 54 mySAP employee (cat IV), 132 licences 55 SAP Business Suite developer, 2 licences SAP Business Suite professional user & Oracle DB(%), 39 licences The renewal of the software user licences must cover the entire period from the expiry of the current licences so that there is no gap in their maintenance.
