TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor undertakes, within the deadlines for the execution of works and completion of construction specified in the Contract, adhering to the work execution schedule and conditions set in the Contract, to perform, hand over, and complete the new construction works for the arrangement of Sargėnai Manor Park (cadastral No. 1901/0013:180) in Kaunas, communication routes (paths), and other purpose engineering structures (terraces, platforms) according to the Technical project ("Sargėnai Manor Park (cad.
