TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is to prepare the construction design for a pump track and to carry out the construction works for a public green area located on the plot at Tõkke tn 2 in the town of Saue, Saue Parish, and to do so in accordance with the technical description. The time for commencing the works is, at the earliest possible, after the public procurement contract is concluded, and the deadline for completion of the construction works and handover to the contracting authority is 30.11.2026. The duration of the public procurement contract (start and end dates) stated in the contract notice is an estimated period that, in addition to the deadline for completion of the construction works, also includes the invoice payment deadline; however, the contract is actually valid until the parties have fulfilled all contractual core obligations (including the period for eliminating any minor works, if applicable).
