TENDER DESCRIPTION

The total estimated value of the public procurement is 7 200.00 (seven thousand and two hundred euros and zero cents) euros excluding VAT. Place of performance of the procurement: Invasive Cardiology Department of UMHSM “N.I. Pirogov” EAD: Sofia, 21 Todleben Blvd. Time limit for performance of the procurement - 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signing the contract. Validity period of tenders: 6 (six) months, calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Possibility to submit variants in tenders: No variants of the proposals are allowed. Conditions and method of financing and payment: Financing with own funds. Payments of the amounts due shall be made by bank transfer, in euros, to the bank account indicated by the Contractor, within up to 60 (sixty) calendar days, in accordance with the draft contract. When examining tenders, the appointed commission will apply the so-called “reverse procedure”, on the basis of Article 104(2) of the PPA, in relation to Article 61 of the RPPPPA.
