TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into, within the framework of a purchase framework contract, a contract for the procurement of spare parts for Scania-manufactured buses up to a total net framework amount of HUF 149,141,468. Taking into account the incidental nature of the arising requirements (the unforeseeable occurrence in advance of the required spare parts, and the associated costs), the Contracting Authority’s procurement requirements cannot be determined with full precision in advance. With reference to Section 58(1) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), compared to the total contractual quantity, the Contracting Authority may deviate (quantity deviation), and under the contract to be concluded it undertakes only to place incidental purchase orders up to at least 50% of the above maximum quantity specified in the contract (i.e. up to net HUF 149,141,468 + VAT), i.e. up to net HUF 74,570,734 + VAT. Planned quantity calculated by the Contracting Authority during the term of the contract: 1,213 units.
