TENDER DESCRIPTION

The development of the master plan is intended to meet the objectives set out below, in compliance with the regulations in force, in particular: - The Urban Waste Water Treatment Framework Directive (DERU) and the amended Order of 21 July 2015 relating to collective wastewater treatment systems and non-collective wastewater treatment facilities; - The SDAGE Loire Bretagne (2022-2027); - Article L-2224-10 of the CGCT. The assignment is divided into 4 phases and 5 mandatory PSE (the contracting authority reserves the right to accept or reject the/any PSE at the time the contract is awarded). The details and objectives of the assignments are specified in the CCTP. The deliverables and their submission conditions are also indicated in the CCTP. The service provider shall ensure consistency between the phases, guarantee the quality of the deliverables, and demonstrate availability and responsiveness throughout the assignment. The expected assignment includes steps, including the phasing, and the organization will be proposed by the tenderer.
