TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes optional phases defined in the specifications. The details of the phasing of the project are shown in the specifications. The services are paid at unit and lump-sum prices. The 2CCAM has heterogeneous data depending on the municipalities; the diagnosis carried out prior to the taking over of the competence demonstrated this (2CCAM - Study for the transfer of AEP and DECI competences - Espelia - October 2023). In order to better manage water services within the scope of its competence, the 2CCAM wishes to bring all functional units to the same level of knowledge, and to have overall management tools: GIS, network model, action and works planning. The work to be carried out also includes updating the regulatory obligations of the local authority with regard to the PGSSE and the distribution scheme. The scope of the unified master plan covers five municipalities: Cluses, Magland, Marnaz, Mont-Saxonnex and Nancy-sur-Cluses.
