TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes optional tranches defined in the specifications. The detailed phasing of the project is set out in the specifications. The services are paid for using unit prices and lump-sum prices. The 2CCAM has heterogeneous data depending on the communes; the diagnostic carried out beforehand showed this (2CCAM - Study for the transfer of AEP and DECI competencies - Espelia - October 2023). In order to better manage water services at the scale of its area of competence, the 2CCAM wishes to bring all functional units to the same level of knowledge, and to have global management tools: GIS, network model, planning of actions and works. The work to be carried out also includes updating the local authority’s regulatory obligations with regard to the PGSSE and the distribution scheme. The scope of the unified master plan covers five communes: Cluses, Magland, Marnaz, Mont-Saxonnex and Nancy-sur-Cluses. By way of indication: 9,295 subscribers, 16 abstraction intakes or groups of abstraction intakes, 6 water treatment units including the Pressy plant in Cluses, 20 reservoirs, 211 km of pipelines, nearly 1.8 million m³ produced and 11 distribution units (UDI).
