TENDER DESCRIPTION
Service phases 1 to 4 have been completed. These were already provided in a preliminary design. Now a conversion and maintenance/repair measure for both buildings is to be carried out in a single construction phase in the years 2026 – 2028. For this purpose, service phases 5 to 9 are to be provided in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 3 Object Planning, Section 1 Buildings and Interior Spaces. Written and verbal communication between all project parties in the planning and construction process is carried out in the German language.
