TENDER DESCRIPTION
Service phases 1 to 3 have been completed. These were already provided in a preliminary project. Now, a conversion and refurbishment measure for both buildings is to be carried out in a single construction phase in the years 2026 – 2028. For this purpose, service phases 4 to 8 are to be provided in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, Specialist Planning Section 1, Structural Engineering Planning. Written and oral communication between all project participants in the planning and construction process takes place in the German language. Service phases 1 to 3 have been completed.
