TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the parcel 20/8, plot 12, district Gadebusch, the Schlossberg is being renovated. The construction work includes the creation of part of the 1st construction phase of the outdoor facilities on the Schlossberg. Simultaneously, the complete renovation of the castle building will take place. The landscaping works include the following services: - Construction site setup - Soil removal over historic tower foundation (archaeological supervision, possible standstill periods due to investigation and documentation) - Installation of retaining wall in a circular shape - Creation of a round in-situ concrete surface with a double-row gutter - Storage and reinstallation of reusable soils - Construction of a stair system made of block steps - Installation of facade gutter of the coach house - Metal construction work for railings and corten steel cladding for the round terrace - Installation of bar fence - Surface reinforcement (water-bound path covering with steel edging, field stone paving, natural stone slabs) For all natural stone products to be delivered (paving, slabs, curbstones etc.), a material sample for colour and quality approval must be submitted to the contracting authority in…
