TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Nienburg/Weser is planning the new construction of a Firefighting Technical Center (FTZ) in the commercial area of the town of Lemke, Municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement new build for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The spatial program includes approx. 8,200 m² of usable space, as well as approx. 9,140 m² of outdoor areas – movement and exercise areas. A construction site of about 3.4 ha is available for this. The services to be tendered include: The construction project consists of individual building parts with a steel truss beam structure with a trapezoidal roof surface.
