Project: Conversion and modernization of Schloss Kaltennordheim, 4th BA Brief description: Schloss Kaltennordheim was built in the middle of the 18th century. Main building: ground floor (EG) in natural stone masonry; upper floor (OG) half-timbered walls. The courtyard of the castle is largely unpaved. In front of the ancillary buildings there are paving slabs made of natural and concrete dimension stone. The building is a listed monument (under protection). All work must be carried out taking into account aspects of monument preservation.
