TENDER DESCRIPTION
Project: Conversion and modernization of Schloss Kaltennordheim, 4th BA Brief description: Schloss Kaltennordheim was built in the middle of the 18th century. Main building: Ground floor in natural stone masonry; upper floor: half-timbered walls. The castle courtyard is largely unpaved. In front of the outbuildings there is paving made of natural and concrete paving stones. The building is under monument protection. All work must be carried out taking into account aspects of preservation of historic monuments. Approximate quantities: 27 m to manufacture exterior railings; 1 pc supply and install a straight-run steel staircase; 1 pc supply and install a three-run steel staircase; 4.7 t supply and install structural steel frame construction
