TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Nienburg/Weser is planning the new construction of a fire technical center (FTZ) in the industrial area of the town of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement new building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The space program includes approximately 8,200 m² of usable floor space, as well as approximately 9,140 m² of outdoor areas – movement and training areas. A construction site of approximately 3.4 hectares is available for this purpose.
