On a plot area of approximately 2,500 m², the four building units are divided into a street-side front building (five floors) and three two-storey semi-detached houses on the courtyard side. This results in a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 2,470 m². The spatial program comprises a total of 17 residential units, consisting of two- to five-room units. The apartments are preceded by outdoor areas in the form of terraces, balconies, and gardens for the ground floor apartments. The buildings are not basemented; technical and common rooms are located on the ground floor of the front building.
