TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Durmersheim intends to build a new kindergarten for a total of 7 groups. This is planned on a building footprint of approximately 1,025 m² as well as an outdoor area (play area) with an area of approximately 1,775 m² on the plot with the property number 3360. The subject of the tender is the turnkey construction and defect-free handover of the entire building, including the outdoor facilities, traffic areas, and parking spaces to be coordinated with the client. Required planning services for the object planning as well as other specialist planning (especially technical equipment) must be provided by the contractor in prior coordination with the municipality. The basic determination of the object planning for service phase 1 is available to the municipality and is part of the contract documents. The basic determination includes the spatial requirements of the KVJS as well as an already created spatial concept. These must be strictly observed by the respective contractor during contract execution and their value and spatial specifications must be adhered to.
