TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Durmersheim intends to build a new kindergarten for a total of 7 groups. This involves a building footprint of approximately 1,025 m² and an outdoor area (play area) of approximately 1,775 m² on the plot with parcel number 3360. The procurement subject is the turnkey construction and defect-free handover of the entire building including the outdoor facilities, traffic areas, and parking spaces to be coordinated with the client. Required planning services for object planning as well as further specialist planning (in particular technical equipment) must be provided by the contractor in prior coordination with the municipality. The basic investigation of the object planning for service phase 1 is available to the municipality and is part of the contract documents. The basic investigation includes the spatial specifications of KVJS as well as an already developed room concept. These must be strictly observed by the respective contractor during contract execution and the specified value and space information must be adhered to.
