TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Niedernhall is planning the new construction of a daycare facility with nursery and kindergarten at "Brückenwiesenweg" intersection "Am Forellenbach", as well as the Schulstraße. The single-story building is to be constructed on a currently developed plot. Five group rooms with associated ancillary rooms for a maximum of 25 children aged approximately 3 to 7 years and two group rooms with associated sleeping rooms for a maximum of 10 children aged 0 to 3 years are planned. In addition to the rooms for childcare, the buildings will have kitchens with dining areas, staff rooms, an office, and a parents' room. The technical rooms as well as storage rooms are directly adjacent to the buildings. The storage rooms for prams can be accessed from both outside and inside, whereas the technical room can only be accessed from outside. The new building is to have maximum dimensions of 85.92 m x 26.59 m with a built-up area of 1550 m². It is important to emphasize that the building consists of four separate building bodies, which are connected by corridors.
