With this European procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority aims to contract a professional and reliable Contractor for carrying out cleaning services. The objective of the contract is to ensure a clean, hygienic and safe living environment for residents and users of the location throughout the entire duration of the agreement. The Contracting Authority strives for a service that: flexibly adapts to the phased occupancy of building parts; corresponds to a high and intensive usage frequency of the location; contributes to a clean, safe and livable residential environment; responds to differences in use, room types and resident groups; adequately accommodates changes in occupancy rate, usage intensity and occupation of building parts, while maintaining the agreed quality levels; is scalable throughout the duration of the agreement. The following principles also apply: hygiene and safety are structurally guaranteed; the service is reliable and predictable; Contracting Authority and Contractor collaborate based on transparency, proactive communication and joint ownership for a qualitatively good execution of the service.
