TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the contract is to ensure hygienic and clean working conditions in the municipal office building, in which the employees experience as little inconvenience as possible from the activities. In addition, the municipality considers it important that people who are at a distance from the labour market and people with disabilities participate in the employment process. Pursuant to Article 2.82 of the Public Procurement Act 2012, participation in this procurement procedure is reserved for social workshops, companies whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or those at risk of exclusion, or programmes for sheltered employment. The condition is that at least 30% of the employees within the relevant social workshop, company or programme consist of employees with a disability or those at risk of exclusion. The municipality of Gemert-Bakel aims for a hygienic, visibly clean, healthy and pleasant (work) environment for all employees, visitors and users of the town hall.
