TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the execution of cleaning maintenance. The contractor shall perform the contract in accordance with the program of requirements as included in Annex 1, the price schedule as included in Annex 4, and the Cleaning Schedules for GGD as included in Annex 9. The service includes providing regular cleaning at locations of the contracting authority. The cleaning concerns the following types of workspaces: consultation offices, consultation hours locations, and office locations. Additionally, the cleaning covers the following types of common areas: canteens, general areas, and toilet facilities. Restocking sanitary supplies and periodic window cleaning are also part of the contract. The scope of the contract includes the following tasks: • Daily and periodic cleaning maintenance; • Specialist floor maintenance; • Window cleaning; • Other tasks (cleaning of furniture).
