Schulcampus Eberswalde-Finow - baubegleitendes Controlling

TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the school campus Eberswalde-Finow, the construction of four buildings is planned, consisting of the four-storey vocational grammar school, the four-storey secondary school (Oberschule), the three-storey district adult education centre (Kreisvolkshochschule) and the single-storey three-court sports hall (Dreifeldsporthalle), including the associated parking spaces, open spaces and external facilities. The school campus will be built on a plot of land provided in the ownership of the Barnim district authority in Eberswalde. The construction volume for the school campus is approximately 15,000 m2 of gross floor area, of which approximately 13,000 m2 for the school buildings and approximately 2,000 m2 for the three-court sports hall. The plot of land made available has an area of approximately 49,000 m2. With site supervision control, quality assurance and project controlling services are meant during the construction phase of the project up to handover to the user.
