TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the premises of Weingarten Primary School and Erich-Kästner Secondary School and on the plot of land for the heating centre, new buildings, extensions and refurbishment works will be carried out. The work will be executed in two construction phases. 1st construction phase Connection of the heating centre to district heating and drinking water and of the daycare centre to district heating. The further routing of the pipes will be carried out via the road in Lohgässle to the plot of land of the school campus. There the pipes will be closed off and taken up again in construction phase 2. - Lay approximately 70 m of pre-insulated PE drinking water pipe DN25 to DN65 in the pipeline trench constructed on site - Lay approximately 175 m of pre-insulated PE-Xa heating pipe NW 50 to 100 in the pipeline trench constructed on site - Install service entries for drinking water and the heating pipe into 2 buildings, partly including core drilling 2nd construction phase Laying of pipes and connecting/servicing the existing buildings SOUTH, existing building EAST, existing building WEST and new building NORTH.
