The following services described below are to be provided by the tenderer as part of the tendered transport services. • carrying out student and pupil transport • transport and deployment coordination For the planning and coordination of the transports, close cooperation is required between the transport organisation, the responsible staff of the institution and the persons with parental authority. At the Centre for Social and Special Needs Education Landorf Köniz – Schlössli Kehrsatz (ZSHKK), the need for transport is declared by the institution; the operational coordination of the transports lies with the respective transport provider. Communication between persons with parental authority, school and taxi companies takes place via the communication platform KLAPP. In particular in the event of short-notice changes, for example when a child is absent in the morning due to illness, all parties involved are informed promptly, so that the transport planning can be adjusted.
