TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this invitation to tender is the transport of female and male students from the Rotenburg (Wümme) district to schools within the district area in accordance with Section 114 of the Lower Saxony School Act (NSchG). Under Section 114(1) of the NSchG, the Rotenburg (Wümme) district is the provider of student transport. The services listed here are to be provided by the contracting entity (AN) starting on 13.08.2026. The contract term applies for the current school year and therefore ends on 31.07.2027.
