TENDER DESCRIPTION

Building contractor works for the new multi-purpose building comprising a gymnasium and changing-room wing, as well as an extension with classrooms. Overall renovation of the existing buildings in stages, including demolition, remediation of building contaminants and new extensions. In the existing buildings, lift shafts will be constructed, structural strengthening measures will be carried out, and some ancillary rooms will be reconfigured. The services include site installations, installation of drainage/sewer systems, trenching work for services, façade and surface scaffolding, and precast concrete façade panels. Special feature: the distinctive closed outer wall panels of the multi-purpose building made of stamped concrete.
