TENDER DESCRIPTION
Renewal and extension of the heat supply for the existing building fabric and the new multipurpose building. The existing buildings are supplied via 40 ground heat probes of 135 m each (separate submission) and two brine-to-water heat pumps. The existing gas boilers are replaced. The new MZG multipurpose building receives two air-to-water heat pumps as well as a booster heat pump for domestic hot water generation. The heat distribution in the existing building is adjusted and supplemented. In the new building, heat is supplied via underfloor heating and air heaters. Free cooling, domestic hot water storage tanks, as well as measurement, control and regulation and control technology are also vorgesehen. The scope of performance includes delivery, installation, commissioning and balancing of the entire heating systems.
