TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor shall fully provide all services of trade KG 450 (electrical engineering systems) as part of the refurbishment project throughout the entire project term. Only the fire alarm system is not part of the scope of services described here; this will be awarded under a separate tender. The project area extends over levels E02 to E04 with a total area of approximately 16,000 m². The work will be carried out in sections within the existing building stock while the terminal is in operation and requires close coordination with the concurrently executing extension and building services (TGA) trades, as well as with the operational requirements of the airport. As part of the refurbishment measure, the existing low-current systems (IT tertiary network, emergency call system for people with disabilities and electroacoustic system (ELA)) will essentially be dismantled and replaced by new systems.
