TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under the contract, the contractor shall provide all services for trade group KG 450 (electrical engineering systems) as part of the refurbishment project in full for the entire project duration. Only the fire alarm system is not included in the scope of services described here; it will be awarded as part of a separate tender. The project area covers levels E02 to E04 with a total area of approximately 16,000 m². The work will be carried out in sections within the existing building while the terminal is in operation and requires close coordination with the parallel expansion and TGA trades as well as the operational requirements of the airport. As part of the refurbishment measure, the existing low-voltage systems (IT tertiary network, emergency call system for persons with disabilities, and electroacoustic system (ELA)) will essentially be dismantled and replaced with new systems.
