Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH (hereinafter: "STG") is the central destination management and marketing organization for the tourist brand Schwarzwald. In close cooperation with regional partners, service providers, and institutions, it is responsible for the strategic development, marketing, and profiling of the destination. The year-round marketing campaign in the "Kuck Kuck Universe" has been the central communicative umbrella of the STG's marketing activities for several years. At the center is the established brand figure "Schwarzwald Marie", which, as an identity-forming element, enables an emotional appeal to target groups and significantly contributes to the profiling and recognizability of the brand. The subject of this tender is the award of agency services for the year-round marketing campaign of the STG. The selected agency will assume overall strategic, creative, and operational responsibility for the conception, further development, and implementation of the year-round campaign according to the specifications of the STG.
