TENDER DESCRIPTION
This procedure has as its object the procurement of TOOLS AND HANDHELD DEVICES in accordance with the specifications detailed in the specifications (terms of reference). The minimum and maximum estimated quantities related to the framework agreement/subsequent contracts are detailed in the annex to this procedure. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract (euro excluding VAT) 468.445 Euro, excluding VAT. Minimum value of the framework agreement: 701.742 Euro, excluding VAT. Maximum value of the framework agreement (without supplements, to which the evaluation of tenders will be referred): 1.405.344 Euro, excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement which also includes any possible supplements in accordance with the revision clause pursuant to the provisions of Article 236 of Law 99/2016: 2.108.016 Euro, excluding VAT.
