The contract timeline is structured as follows:

Accordo Quadro (Framework Agreement):

• Total Duration: Four years (48 months) from the date of its signing.
• Cessation: The Framework Agreement will cease to be effective on the date specified in the previous point, unless extended, even if the estimated sums have not been fully utilized or if no activity has been assigned during its duration.

Contratto Specifico (Specific Contract):

• Start Date: The execution of services begins after the Specific Contract is stipulated, following a delivery recorded in a specific report. The term for the completion of services begins from the date of the activity initiation report and its relative work schedule.
• End Date: The Specific Contract remains effective until the completion of the entrusted activities, even if their duration exceeds the validity term of the Framework Agreements.
• Total Duration: The term for the completion of services is established in the individual Specific Contract in consecutive natural days. The terms for executing the services are strictly tied to the project implementation timeline and will be quantified within each individual Order of Activity (OdA) and the respective Specific Contract.

Key Milestones and Phases (for STALCIO FUNZIONALE 1, with similar phases for STALCIO FUNZIONALE 2):

• Overall Design Process up to Validation: A maximum of 270 days, or alternatively 265 days, subject to delays from unforeseeable causes. The entire design phase is expected to take approximately 260 days, excluding intermediate deadlines.
• Detailed Phases:
• Investigations: 50 days (starting from day 0, ending on day 50).
• Technical-Economic Feasibility Project (PFTE): 70 days (starting from day 50, ending on day 120).
• Agency Opinions (Pareri Enti): 30 days (starting from day 120, ending on day 150).
• PFTE Verification: 50 days (starting from day 30, ending on day 180). Alternatively, this phase is described as 30 days total, with 20 days for the first phase and 10 days for the conclusive phase.
• Executive Project: 180 days (starting from day 50, ending on day 230). Alternatively, this phase is described as 45 natural and consecutive days.
• Executive Project Verification: 30 days (starting from day 230, ending on day 260). Alternatively, this phase is described as 30 days total, with 20 days for the first phase and 10 days for the conclusive phase.
• Executive Project Validation: 10 days (starting from day 260, ending on day 270).
• Work Execution: 700 days (starting from day 270, ending on day 970).
