TENDER DESCRIPTION

Security services for the educational and conference venue in Aalen managed by RIM Stuttgart According to the security concept of the educational institutions, to ensure smooth service, teaching/training and apartment operations, it is necessary to commission a suitable and reliable security service provider for the following educational facility. The aim of this tender is to conclude a contract for security services for the educational and conference facility (BTS) Aalen, Brandenburger Str. 2, 73431 Aalen. The requirements for the contractor (AN) are derived by reference to DIN 77200. Security services for events may also be requested optionally. Details are listed in the section "Einsatzorte -u. zeiten". To provide evidence of and ensure the activities of the guarding personnel, an agreement in accordance with the above-mentioned DIN will be prepared by RIM to regulate the individual details (e.g. allocation of personnel, scope of work (including service location and procedures), duration of the security services, emergency procedures, communication rules, equipment of security staff, incident reporting).
