TENDER DESCRIPTION

Security services for the FBA in Lauf Pursuant to the security concept for educational institutions, for smooth operation of services, teaching/training and apartment operations it is necessary to commission a suitable and reliable security service provider for the following educational institution. The purpose of this tender procedure is to conclude a contract for security services for the educational institution Führungsakademie der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (FBA), Schützenstraße 50, 91207 Lauf. Description of tasks: The requirements for the contractor are derived by reference to DIN 77200. In addition, security services for events may optionally be requested. For the purpose of proving and ensuring the activities of the guard personnel, an agreement based on the aforementioned DIN is drawn up by the FBA to regulate the individual details (e.g. deployment of personnel, nature of work (including location and sequence of duties), duration of the security service, emergency procedures, communication rules, equipment of security staff, reporting and notification procedures).
