TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zala County St. Rafael Hospital as the Contracting Authority intends to carry out a framework agreement-based open procedure reaching the EU threshold under the second part of Act CXLIII of 2015 on public procurement (hereinafter: PPA), in accordance with the PPA Section 105(2)(a), by using the electronic catalogue pursuant to PPA Section 109, under the title “Procurement of professional materials for general, abdominal, vascular and orthopedic surgery”. The detailed rules regarding the electronic catalogue are contained in the procurement documents. The Contracting Authority complies with the requirements set out in PPA Section 50(2)(d) in the notice of the (public procurement procedure) by specifying the estimated value and the framework amount, taking into account the provisions of PPA Section 3(18). The electronic catalogue consists of items and sub-items by part, as follows: On the basis of the Framework Agreement, the Buyer (by part) may place orders with the Sellers until the framework amount is exhausted.
