TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under a framework for time-limited purchase-and-sale contracts, procurement of surgical suture materials and haemostatics for the Somogy Vármegyei Kaposi Mór Teaching Hospital, with provision of a consignment warehouse, as follows: Lot 1 – Suture threads made of gluconate or Polyglecaprone25 (glycoid and caprolactone copolymer) in 4 items, total quantity 936 leaves (consignment quantity: 120 leaves). The quantities above cover the contracting authority’s 12-month needs. The tender price must be stated for the 12-month quantity accordingly. With respect to the quantities indicated for this lot (per product), the contracting authority is entitled to unilaterally enforce a quantity deviation of -30% during the effective period of the contract. If, as a result of the quantity deviation, a non-integer value arises in the value of the specified quantity, the contracting authority shall proceed according to the general rules on rounding.
