• An evaluation report for the 2026 annual period, detailing executed actions within the Strategy and Action Plan throughout 2026, to be submitted in the first quarter of 2027.
• Semestral monitoring reports for the Strategy and Action Plan, due within three months after the first semester period and within the first quarter after the second semester period (the second semester 2030 report is not mandatory). These reports must contain: the execution status of each action, an updated indicator table, an analysis of strategic objective compliance, detection of deviations and their causes, a budgetary analysis, identified risks and opportunities, improvement recommendations, an executive dashboard with traffic light indicators, and a corrective action plan for the subsequent period. These reports must be accompanied by an executive summary, a digital presentation (PowerPoint or similar), and various divulgative materials.
• A full-year monitoring report for the entire exercise of Strategy 2030 and Trade Plan 2026-2030, based on compiled information, to be submitted within the first quarter following the report period.
• Partial deliverables may be requested by the Administration during intermediate report drafting periods.
• A work program that the contractor is obligated to present, which will serve as a contractual document.
